Little Black Bear

Wow, have we been going through some things this week. We don't know if Nolan is taking a pre-requisite course for the Terrible Two's or what, but I can only compare his behavior to that of a black bear that has gotten into someone's house. Do you ever see those videos? You know, where they go through the house tearing everything apart, turning everything upside down and growling???? That's what happened to my sweet little Nolan. We think that he actually might be going through a growth spurt. He is quite hungry...just like the bear, too! We're hoping he calms down a little soon. He is wearing me out at night.

I decided last night to take him to Gymboree again so that he could get some of his energy out. He again played for the full hour and a half, sweating, running, everything. He loved it so much that we decided to have his birthday party there. He cannot get enough of it.

We went to the neurologist for our quarterly check-up today. She, too, was impressed with Nolan's progress. She feels that his other specialists are taking good care of him. We graduated to bi-annual appointments! Yeah! We will only need to see her outside of that if there's a problem. We seem to be getting good news on Nolan's health all around. They weighed him there and said he was 34 pounds. I thought he was 28, but Jeff has been taking him to his well baby appointments, so I must be behind.
